Terms & Conditions
When the buyer confirms his order to SURO he is accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.
ORDERING
Please check your order carefully In case of reimbursement, the cost of return of the goods to SURO will be deducted from the buyers order. In case of diversion of the goods, the costs of the expedition are the responsibility of the buyer.
DELIVERY AND RECEPTION
SURO is committed to make every effort to deliver the ordered products in the fastest time. Except in severe cases, ie. war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and impossibility of being supplied, SURO agrees to make deliveries within fifteen days from the day following the payment by the customer. In the event that this deadline is not respected, the customer may request a refund of the order.
Always check your package upon arrival. You then have a period of 48 hours to formalise your claim by registered letter to the carrier and SURO by email in case of a missing or damaged item.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under the Consumer Code (Article L-121-20), the buyer has a period of 7 days from the receipt of his order to return the product to SURO for exchange or refund, without penalty, except for shipping and return.
PRICE
The price is expressed in Euros.
The price on the order confirmation by SURO includes, the product price, transportation, it does not include duty in your country if outside France.
SURO reserves the right to change prices at any time. The ordered products are invoiced at prices prevailing during the recording of the order.
PAYMENT
Payment of products must be made by PAY PAL, bank transfer or by Euro cheque. An invoice will be established by SURO and sent to the customer’s email address to confirm the order. All products remain the property of SURO until full payment has been received.
LITIGATION
In case of dispute, the customer should first contact SURO by email to describe the difficulty. Upon receipt of this letter, the company and the customer will strive to find an amicable solution. If within 1 month after receipt of the above letter, no amicable solution is found, the customer can enter the appropriate court.
